1. General Provisions

6.2. Newsrooms may agree on syndication/republication terms under a separate agreement.
7. User Content (comments, press releases, submissions)
7.1. By submitting any materials (comments, letters, press releases, photos, etc.), you warrant that you hold the relevant rights and do not violate third-party rights.
7.2. You grant QG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, publish, edit, and publicly display such content for the operation of the Site.
7.3. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, refuse publication of, or remove user content without explanation.
7.4. It is prohibited to publish: defamation, hate speech, incitement to violence, pornography, third parties’ personal data without consent, spam, or advertising without approval.
8. Prohibited Activities
When using the Site, you agree not to:
a) violate applicable law;
b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
c) interfere with the Site’s operation (attacks, malware, scraping without permission, excessive requests);
d) collect or process others’ personal data without a legal basis;
e) impersonate another person;
